Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DailyFunHub ("we", "us", or "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

DailyFunHub is a daily curated collection of links to viral and culturally interesting content from public sources around the web. The service does not host the linked content itself — it only points to it. Each link is reviewed by a human curator or admin before being published.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is truthful.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password (or your linked Google account) secure.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• One account per person. You may not impersonate another person or organization.

4. Acceptable use

When using the service — proposing links, rating content, choosing a display name, or interacting with other users — you agree not to:

• Submit, post, or link to content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that targets a protected group.
• Submit pornography, sexually explicit material, or content involving minors.
• Submit content that promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
• Submit spam, advertising, affiliate links, phishing links, or malware.
• Attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, the content filter, or any technical restrictions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our prior written permission.

We use a combination of automated filters and human review to enforce these rules. Both may make mistakes — if your content was rejected and you believe it shouldn't have been, contact us and we will review.

5. User submissions and proposals

When you propose a link, rate a link, or otherwise contribute content to the service, you retain ownership of what you submit. You grant DailyFunHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and feature your contribution within the service. You agree that you have the right to grant this license — for example, that the URL you propose is publicly accessible and not posted in violation of someone else's terms or rights.

6. Moderation, suspension, and termination

• We may reject, archive, edit, or delete any proposal or link at our sole discretion, with or without notice, especially for violations of Section 4.
• We may suspend or deactivate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. We may do so without prior notice when necessary to protect the service or other users.
• You may stop using the service at any time. To request that your account be deactivated, contact us at the address below.
• Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

7. Third-party links and content

DailyFunHub points to content hosted on third-party sites and platforms. We do not control, endorse, verify the accuracy of, or take responsibility for third-party content. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or always accessible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyFunHub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, since the service is free, will usually be zero.

10. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be reflected in the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by a notice in-product. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of DailyFunHub is principally based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting each other in good faith.
